Gentlemen of the Corp,

Are you fit and available to play or even willing to support the annual Sapper v Gunner game to be held at Chatham Wed 18 Nov 09. 

The routine will be:

1.  Meet at Pavilion 1000hrs

2.  Selection agreed & Kick off 1100hs 

3.  Hand out the Annual Spanking of the Gunners (Benchmark for day)

4.  "Gentlemen to the Bar" few warmers in the bank, watch the youngsters from bar

5.  Guests of the Corp at after dinner meal guessing at 24 Squadron location.

We are looking to relaunch the Old and Bold from this game. There are a few good men willing to carry the mantle of Roy’s Club forward, myself being one of those.  I will have a draft proposal at the game to present to all in attendance. The main focus will be to have an organised and professional club approach shored up by the membership and sponsorship. Full details will be available on the day.

In the unlikely event that you can't make it on this occasion then please reply and I will forward details of what has been agreed.

There have been many promises and a few false dawns, with regards to moving Roy's Legacy forward, you have my assurances that we are now in position to relaunch and commit to securing the future.
